Do you love to sing? That's the only requirement to join this community chorus.

We'll learn and sing songs in the aural tradition, which means we learn by listening, not by using sheet music. We'll create beautiful harmonies and sing fun, uplifting songs from around the world. We'll play with our voices in a way that fosters relaxation, community, and creative self-expression.

This is a non-performing group. We sing for the fun of it. This class is a safe, supportive, judgment-free zone to explore singing, sound, and harmony in a playful, relaxed atmosphere.

Who should join? Experienced singers, returning singers, wannabe singers, closet singers, shower singers, car singers, karaoke singers... anyone who wants to use their voice to feel better, create community, and have fun!

No experience necessary. All voices are welcome.

To support our teachers and better accommodate the needs of our classes, we ask that students register at least 24 hours in advance of the class, lesson, and/or workshop.

Roy Willey

VOICE, AUDIO PRODUCTION

University of Northern Colorado | Denver native | Songleader and performer | Studied with vocal improv masters Rhiannon and Bobby McFerrin.

Teaching Style: Roy is a firm believer in the therapeutic benefits of community singing. His energetic, non-judgmental leadership encourages singers of every skill level to explore the edges of their comfort zone, gain confidence in their voice, and connect deeply with their music.

We do not have any mask or vaccine mandates for patrons, volunteers, and staff.

Performing artists may require vaccination, a negative Covid test, and/or masks to be worn by patrons, volunteers, and staff for their performances. Please make sure to check the event listing on our website and your email for any communications regarding these requirements.

We will continue to provide N95 and KN95 masks for those who would like them into the foreseeable future.

Refunds/Credits:

School: Refunds or account credits will follow our school cancellation guidelines, which states students may receive a full refund or account credit if the class is dropped before the start date. Students may drop a 6-8 week class and receive a partial, pro-rated credit or refund if the class is dropped at least 72 hours before the start of the 3rd class. After this deadline, students cannot drop and the credit/refund option is no longer available. Students may drop a 4-5 week class and receive a partial, pro-rated credit or refund if the class is dropped at least 72 hours before the start of the 2nd class. After this deadline, students cannot drop and the credit/refund option is no longer available.

Requests after those dates/timeframes will not be honored.
