At Swallow Hill, we believe singing is for everyone, and this class is a great beginner's intro to singing technique. Build your confidence and improve your sound by learning the basics of singing. You'll learn breathing, warm-up, and vocal fundamentals while practicing songs in a fun group environment. It is recommended to spend 10-20 minutes a day practicing at home while taking this class to get the most out of it.
This is the first stop in Swallow Hill's Vocal Curriculum. After learning the basic skills and becoming self-confident, students are encouraged to join other specialty vocal classes including Harmony, Lead, Vocal Improv, Spirituals, and Choir singing.
Help us get in tune by registering early! To support our teachers and better accommodate the needs of our classes, we ask that students register at least 24 hours in advance of the class, lesson, and/or workshop.
