Shake up your soloing and comping by learning how to do nimble solos of triplets over quick chord changes a la Thelonius Monk, Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, and other greats. Take the bebop language and apply it to your music in and outside of jazz. Guitarists and more may participate in the whole session to learn in detail or for select dates for a nibble.
